Activome Therapeutics is a development-stage pharmaceutical company. We believe that loss of biological function — across the neurologic and muscular systems that govern human capability — can be addressed through targeted pharmaceutical restoration strategies.
The thesis

Much of the burden of neurodegenerative disease, sarcopenia, and age-related decline reflects a common underlying phenomenon: the progressive loss of biological function. Activome was formed to pursue that phenomenon directly, through advanced pharmaceutical modalities intended to restore and support function rather than to manage symptoms alone.
Our first program embodies this thesis. Our company is built to be broader than any single therapy — structured to support additional programs across related areas of human function as the science matures and merits investment.
We hold ourselves to translational discipline and to long-term clinical relevance. We would rather be right and durable than fast and fragile.
